BICT Location and access

The BICT is located at 1 Cruise Terminal Drive, Pinkenba (also known locally as "Luggage Point"). Access is via Marine Road.

• All trucks and delivery vehicles are checked on arrival at the gatehouse which is located behind the facility
• There is a designated area for taxi pick up and set down
• The drop off loop in front of the terminal is for rideshare and passenger pick up and set down (two minutes only - driver must remain with the vehicle)
• Onsite long and short-term paid parking is available across three public car parks: P1 - Premium, P2 and P3
• Staff parking is in a nested area in Car Park 3 (P3)
• Pay stations are located near each car park and accept cash and card. Exit boom gates in car parks P1, P2, P3 accept card only.
